SENSOR NETWORK METROLOGY FOR THE DETERMINATION OF ELECTRICAL GRID CHARACTERISTICS

Welcome to the GridSens website

This website is dedicated to the Joint Research Project (JRP) number ENG63 which belongs to the European Metrology Research Programme (EMRP). The EMRP, in turn, is implemented by EURAMET and supported by the European Union. Specifically, this JRP website is about "Sensor network metrology for the determination of electrical grid characteristics".

In the navigation menu we provide you information about the project background and the work packages, about the partners involved and the industrial stakeholders that are contributing to the project and, of course, about all the news and the events that are coming.

If you are interested to become even more closely linked to the GridSens project please address any queries you may have to the JRP-Consortium via email (jrovira@lcoe.etsii.upm.es).
NEWS
THE USE OF DYNAMIC STATE ESTIMATORS TO IMPROVE GRID MONITORING

PTB has published a good practice guide on: "The use of dynamic state estimators to improve grid monitoring". To accompany this guide they have also produced an e-learning training package. For more details and to receive the guide and training material please contact Sascha Eichstaedt: Sascha.Eichstaedt@ptb.de
THE APPLICATION OF SECURITY ALGORITHMS TO GRID MEASUREMENT DATA

PTB has published a good practice guide on: "The application of security algorithms to grid measurement data". To accompany this guide they have also produced an e-learning training package.
